As another male in the young child teaching field (as you are?), I discovered your comic a few weeks ago and read through the entire log of them. Really great stuff. This particular comic is very poignant and dark, and I was surprised to see so few comments on it. It seems to me that this would be a very difficult thing to put into comic form, but you did it very well. And yes, hang in there.

I know how you feel. I have a ton of abnormal moles but no ones seems to think they are anything to worry about (my doctor included). But they change colour and shape, so despite what they say I carry that weight around all the time as well.
